用人单位网上注册账号，申请人网上申请并提供材料

Applicant will pass the preliminary review when all needed materials are supplemented.
外国高端人才（A 类）直接在线发放受理通知书
For foreign high-end talents (Category A), a Notice of Acceptance will be issued directly online.
现场收取纸质申请材料并审查
Collect paper-based application materials and review them on site.
书面材料审查合格，出具受理通知书
A Notice of Acceptance will be issued if written materials meet requirements.审查材料

材料存在瑕疵，告知补正
Notify the applicant to supplement or correct materials if any problem has been found.

审查通过的，在线发放《外国人工作许可通知》
Applicant who passes the review can obtain an online Notice for Foreigner’s Work Permit.
审查未通过的，作出不予许可决定，并告知理由
If the applicant fails to pass the review, the application will be denied and an explanation will be given.
许可通知信息交换至申请人所在地外交部门
Transfer the Notice for Foreigner’s Work Permit to local department of foreign affairs.
Z 或 R 字签证，签证信息交换至外国人来华工作管理部门
For Z or R visas, visa information shall be transferred to competent department of foreigner’s employment.
申请人入境后 15 日内网上申领工作许可证并提交纸质材料
Applicant applies for a work permit online and submits paper materials within 15 days of entry.
审查材料
Review materials.入选国内相关人才计划的，无需提交纸质材料
For foreign talents being listed in China’s talent introduction programs, no paper materials are needed.

审批通过的，作出许可决定，通知现场领取《外国人工作许可证》
Applicant who passes the review will be noticed to obtain the Foreigner’s Work Permit at a designated place.

本次许可审批结束
The process is completed.
许可信息交换至公安部门，反馈居留等信息
Permit information will be transferred to Public Security Department, from which other relevant information about the applicant, such as residence will be given.
